2) How we use information

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service, including account management and gameplay features.
• Security, integrity, fraud prevention, enforcing rules and investigating complaints.
• Customer support and communications about service updates.
• Analytics and debugging to understand usage and performance.
• Marketing: send promotional messages where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

We collect and use personal information in line with the Canada PIPEDA and its fair information principles, including only for lawful purposes connected with our functions and not in an unfairly intrusive way. Where consent is required (e.g., certain marketing or device permissions), we rely on your consent.

3) Sharing and processors

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who process it for us, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools, and security/fraud detection. We require providers to protect information and use it only to deliver services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the Service.

4) International disclosures

Some providers may store or process information outside Canada. Where we disclose information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in a way that, overall, provides comparable safeguards (for example, through contractual protections and vendor due diligence), as required by the PIPEDA.

5) Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to meet legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit where supported, monitoring, and least-privilege practices). No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

6) Your rights (Canada)

• Request access to personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of your personal information (and ask us to attach a statement if we do not agree to amend it).
• Make a privacy complaint to us, and if unresolved, to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner: priv.gc.ca.
