1) Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our policies referenced in the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility (19+)

You must be at least 19 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Canada law. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

3) Social casino / free-to-play notice

• The Service provides simulated casino-style games for entertainment only.
• No real-money gambling is offered through the Service.
• Virtual coins/currency and virtual items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be exchanged for any prize or thing of value.
• Game outcomes do not indicate future success at real-money gambling.

4) Accounts & security

• Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend or disable accounts to protect the Service or investigate suspected misuse.

5) Optional in-app purchases (if offered)

The Service may offer optional purchases of virtual coins or items. Purchases are for a limited, personal, revocable licence to use virtual items within the Service only. All sales are final to the extent permitted by law, and virtual items may be modified, rebalanced, or removed as part of operating the Service.

6) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, or attempting to manipulate outcomes or economies.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with security, or disrupting the Service.
• Harassment, hate, threats, illegal content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Selling, trading, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Service.

7) Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including software, content, branding, and game mechanics, protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8) Changes, availability & termination

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, any licences granted to you end and access to virtual items may be lost.

9) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act . If you acquire the Service for business purposes, you agree the the Act does not apply.

10) Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of virtual items. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited (at our option) to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of resupply.

11) Indemnity

You indemnify us from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

12) Disputes, governing law & contact

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues. These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
